1.This promotion runs from 1 February 2016 until 29 February 2016 inclusive (the ‘Promotional Period’).
2.The promotion is only open to people aged 18 years or over. You will be entered into a prize draw when you complete a moneycorp international payment transaction (International Payment) during the Promotional Period.
3.There will be a prize draw for each day during the Promotional Period. For example, all people that complete an International Payment on 1 February 2016 will be entered into a prize draw. All people that complete an International Payment on 2 February 2016 will be entered into a separate prize draw. There will be twenty-nine (29) prize draws in total, one for each day during the Promotional Period.
4.You may enter more than one prize draw, provided that you meet the entry requirements each time.
5.One winner will be randomly selected from each prize draw. We will contact the winner as soon as practicable after each prize draw, using the email address detailed on the winner’s moneycorp international payments account.
6.If the winner cannot be contacted or is not available, or has not claimed their prize within fourteen (14) days of being contacted, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize.
7.The prize for each draw is either:
a. a reimbursement for any flight, train, coach or ferry booked within the last 2 months up to an amount of £200; or
b. a reimbursement for any flight, train, coach or ferry booked within 2 months after the date on which the winner is notified by us up to an amount of £200.
In the event the flight, train, coach or ferry costs more than £200 then we will reimburse you for the first £200 only. We will only reimburse you for one return journey. You will be responsible for any additional costs or expenses.
8.We will require proof of purchase of the flight, train, coach or ferry before we will reimburse you. The journey must be booked in the name of the winner and/or the winner must be travelling.
9.We will generally provide the reimbursement to you on a moneycorp Pre-Paid Explorer MasterCard (Explorer MasterCard). Separate terms and conditions, and eligibility requirements, apply to the Explorer MasterCard. In the event that you do not own an Explorer MasterCard, you will receive a pre-paid Explorer MasterCard loaded with the reimbursement amount specified under clause 7 of these terms and conditions. You may be required to provide additional documentation before the Explorer MasterCard can be issued. In the event that you are not eligible for an Explorer MasterCard, we will credit your international payment Moneycorp online account with the reimbursement amount as specified under clause 7 of these terms and conditions.
10.If you are a winner, you agree that we may use your name, image and town or county of residence to announce the winner of this competition and for any other reasonable and related promotional purposes. You also agree to participate in any reasonable publicity we require.
11.We accept no responsibility or liability in relation to the flights, trains, coaches or ferries we are reimbursing you for.
12.This promotion is not available to Moneycorp employees or their direct family members.
14.By using our international payments service, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions for the prize draw(s). We reserve the right to withdraw this offer or amend these terms and conditions at any time.
15.These terms and conditions shall be construed in accordance with, and any disputed shall be determined by, the laws of England and Wales.
