London satisfaction survey competition - Terms and conditions

1. To be eligible for this prize draw you must be over the age of eighteen (18) and complete a Moneycorp Customer Satisfaction Survey (a ‘Survey’).   

2. You must complete the Survey accurately and provide your contact details, including an email address and a telephone number.  You acknowledge that, by completing the Survey, you agree Moneycorp may contact you for marketing purposes.  Your details will not be shared with third parties.    

3. You will be entered into the next prize draw if you provide Moneycorp with your completed Survey in accordance with these terms and conditions.  You will only be entered into each prize draw once irrespective of how many Surveys you provide to Moneycorp.  You may enter more than one prize draw.

4. The prize is £100 worth of foreign currency (the ‘Prize’).  All foreign currencies are subject to availability and the winner is not entitled to receive pounds sterling.  The Prize must be claimed in one foreign currency only.

5. Moneycorp will carry out the prize draw on (or shortly after) the first working day of every second month, starting on 1 January 2015 (the ‘Draw Date’), for as long as it runs this promotion.  Moneycorp will draw one (1) winner at random from all of the entrants.   

6. Moneycorp will use reasonable endeavours to contact the winner within one week of the prize draw using the details provided on the Survey.  No correspondence with other entrants, or non-entrants, in relation to the winner will be entered into by Moneycorp. 

7. When collecting the Prize the winner must provide proof of identity in the form of either a valid passport or driving licence.  The Prize must be collected from a participating Moneycorp branch in central London (‘Moneycorp Locations’).  Branches located at airports do not constitute Moneycorp Locations for the purposes of this promotion.

8. The £100 will be converted into foreign currency at the prevailing exchange rate at the Moneycorp Location at the time of collection.  The winner must let Moneycorp know the intended collection time and date in advance, which must be within twenty-eight (28) days after being contacted by Moneycorp. 

9. Moneycorp does not guarantee the availability of any foreign currency and if the selected foreign currency is unavailable then the winner must choose a different foreign currency.

10. Moneycorp excludes its liability to the fullest extent permitted by law.  In particular, Moneycorp shall have no liability to the winner in relation to the unavailability of any particular foreign currency.

11. If a winner cannot be contacted within 28 days of the Draw Date, and reasonable efforts have been made to do so, Moneycorp reserves the right to withdraw that entrant’s entitlement to the Prize.  In such an event another winner will be drawn at random.

12. This promotion is not open to Moneycorp employees or any member of an employee’s immediate family.

13. Events may occur which render the prize draw impossible due to reasons beyond Moneycorp’s control and accordingly Moneycorp, at its absolute discretion, may vary, amend or withdraw this promotion at any time.  You agree that no liability shall attach to Moneycorp as a result of such variation, amendment or withdrawal.

14. You acknowledge that Moneycorp will own the copyright in your Survey and may use the feedback provided for its marketing purposes.

16. These terms and conditions shall be construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
