CityAM Competition Terms and Conditions

  1. To be eligible for this offer, you must call the City AM International Payments hotline and check if your business qualifies for a Moneycorp international payment account.   If your business already has a Moneycorp international payment account then it is still eligible for this offer.
  2. A Moneycorp international payment account is subject at all times to the Moneycorp Account Agreement terms and conditions, as amended from time to time.
  3. You must present Moneycorp with satisfactory (in the opinion of Moneycorp) written proof of the margin from your last 3 transactions, which must have taken place within the last 3 months, with your current foreign exchange provider.  If your proof of transaction(s) does not show the margin then Moneycorp will work out an indicative margin based on the exchange rate and the Reuters interbank rate at the time of the transaction(s).
  4. If Moneycorp is unable to beat the margin quoted by your current provider, Moneycorp will credit your trading account with £500.  This £500 cannot be withdrawn for cash or transferred to another account as Pound Sterling. The £500 will be credited to your Moneycorp trading account within ten (10) working days from the date the quote is given by Moneycorp.
  5. If Moneycorp is able to beat the margin quoted by your current foreign exchange provider, Moneycorp will fix your margin for up to two (2) years.
  6. Moneycorp will not be liable:
    (a) for unsuccessful attempts to open a trading account for any reason including due to your error or omission, or if you do not satisfy the terms and conditions of the Moneycorp international payment account;
    (b) for circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Moneycorp which prevents it from fulfilling the offer;
    (c) in the event that the law or any regulatory guidance prevents us from continuing to provide the offer.

  7. Moneycorp reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, to withdraw, amend or vary the terms of this offer at any time and you agree that no liability shall attach to Moneycorp as a result.
  8. This offer is not open to Moneycorp employees or other members of staff or any member of their immediate family; namely a spouse, child, sibling or parent.
