In order to continue enjoying competitive rates, no transfer fees and specialist guidance, you will need to create new login details. After this, you will be able to sign in and exchange currency or make payments exactly the same as before – but with your new-look moneycorp account.

What has changed to the service?

The service provided by moneycorp for Post Office International Payments has stopped. However, moneycorp still operates as the UK's leading foreign exchange and international payments provider, with over 40 years' experience helping customers with their currency needs.

With your new-look moneycorp account, you can enjoy all the same benefits as before, as well as the ability to hold funds on account, set up direct debits and agree a forward contract to lock in an exchange rate for up to two years*. We also allow you to set up a Regular Payment Plan for any recurring overseas payments you need to make. 

In addition, you can add an explorer Mastercard® to your international payments account and enjoy access to your multi-currency wallet as you travel around the globe. Load up to 10 currencies onto your explorer Mastercard® and spend with no ATM withdrawal or card payment fees from us when you use your card abroad**.

Our range of foreign exchange tools can also be accessed via telephone if preferred, via one of our currency experts.

**We will not charge you for making an ATM withdrawal or card payment in the currency of the country you are in.

How does this affect me/my account?

If you had a Post Office International Payments account before, you won’t need to set up a new account.

What will happen with my recipients and payment history?

Once you have activated your new moneycorp account, your receipts and payment history will be visible in your new-look account.

What will happen with any funds on account after 31st July?

Once you have activated your new-look account, you will be able to access your previous funds.
