What has changed to the service?

  • As of 31st July 2019 the service provided by moneycorp for Post Office International Payments will cease.
  • moneycorp continues to operate as a foreign exchange and international payments provider.
  • Post Office is offering a new digital payments service for international payments.

How does this affect me/my account?

Your Post Office International Payments account will be available until the 31st July 2019. Any trades booked prior to the 31st July 2019 that are due to complete after will be honoured by moneycorp.

What will happen with my recipients and payment history?

  • The recipient and payment history of your account will be available online prior to the 31st July 2019.
  • You can request for your recipients and payment history to be made available after that date by contacting moneycorp.

What will happen with any funds on account after 31st July?

  • You can login and pay those funds to a recipient before 31st July.
  • You can transfer any funds across to a moneycorp account on request.
  • After the 31st July 2019 your funds will be left on account until you confirm what you would like to do with them.
