How can I make a complaint?

Customer satisfaction is the measure of our success. Your satisfaction is very important and we want to help resolve issues. If you are a current client and have an assigned Account Support person please call or contact them. If you feel your issue is not being handled in this fashion please:

Please include as much information as you can to help us understand your issue, also how best to contact you as we work on a resolution. Once your complaint is received it can take between three and five business days to respond back.

What if I am still unhappy?

We aim to resolve complaints internally. However, if you are not satisfied with our final response, or if eight weeks have passed since you first raised your complaint with us and it has not been addressed, you may be able to refer your complaint to the state regulator for financial services.
