Moneycorp Group (“Moneycorp”), a global payments and foreign exchange business, will no longer be providing regulated activity from its branch in Romania - Moneycorp Technologies Limited Dublin – Sucursala Bucuresti ("Moneycorp Romanian Branch") - as part of a strategic alignment of its global operations. The exit from the Romanian market aligns with Moneycorp's strategy to focus on core markets.
Moneycorp is committed to ensuring an orderly cessation of the regulated activity of the Moneycorp Romanian Branch process and will provide support to its Romanian clients throughout the process.
