Terms and conditions

  1. To be eligible for this offer, you:
     (i) must have an existing CFX trading account with Moneycorp (an ‘Existing Client’) and not have made foreign exchange transaction (a ‘Transaction’)  with Moneycorp between 26 September 2012 and 31 January 2014 inclusive; and
    (ii)     must book a Transaction with Moneycorp between 26 September 2014 and midnight on 5 October 2014 inclusive (the ‘Offer Period’).
  2. The offer is:
    (i)     a £10 credit which will be added to your Existing Client account  when you successfully book a Transaction less than £10,000 or 
    (ii)     a £25 credit which will be added to your Existing Client account if you successfully book a Transaction of £10,000 or more during the Offer Period; (the ‘Offer’).
  3. The entitlement to this Offer is personal to the individual to whom it is awarded and this entitlement cannot be transferred to any other individual or their successors in title. If the entitlement is awarded to Joint Account holders then the entitlement only applies to that account.
  4. There is no cash alternative.
  5. Should you be entitled to benefit from the Offer, Moneycorp will automatically apply the relevant credit to your existing CFX trading account by 20 October 2014.
  6. Any entitlement to this Offer is always subject to the Moneycorp CFX standard terms and conditions, as amended from time to time. In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and the Moneycorp CFX standard terms and conditions, the Moneycorp CFX standard terms and conditions shall prevail.
  7. Moneycorp will not be liable:
    (a) for any unsuccessful attempt to enter into a Transaction during the Offer Period due to your error or omission; or
    (b) for circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Moneycorp which prevents us from fulfilling a Transaction during the Offer Period; or
    (c) for circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Moneycorp which prevents us from fulfilling the Incentive; or
    (d) in the event that the law or any regulatory guidance prevents us from continuing to make the Offer.
  8. Moneycorp reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, to withdraw, amend or vary the terms of this Offer at any time and you agree that no liability shall attach to Moneycorp as a result thereof.
  9. This Offer is not open to Moneycorp employees or other members of staff or any member of their immediate family, namely a spouse, child, sibling or parent.

  11. These terms and conditions shall be construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. A reference to ‘we’ or ‘us’ is a reference to TTT Moneycorp Limited (company number 738837) whose registered office is at 2 Sloane Street, London SW1X 9LA.
