MSE Offer Terms and Conditions

1. This promotion runs from 12:01 AM GMT on 1^st January 2022 until 11:59 PM GMT on 31st December 2022 (the “Promotional Period’) and is for the opportunity to receive a credit of £150 on your Moneycorp Account (the “Reward”).

2. To be eligible for this promotion you must be a private individual and:
(a) be referred to Moneycorp’s website through Money Saving Expert’s website by clicking the relevant link -
www.moneycorp.com/en-gb/campaigns/partners/mse/;
(b) subsequently open a personal Moneycorp international payments account (a ‘Moneycorp Account’) during the Promotional Period; and
(c) s(c) complete one or more foreign exchange transaction(s) with an aggregate value of £50,000 (or equivalent in any other currency as determined by Moneycorp) within three (3) months of opening your Moneycorp Account.

3. If you satisfy Clause 3, we will credit the Reward to your Moneycorp Account within four weeks after the last qualifying foreign exchange transaction is completed.

4. To the extent permitted by law, Moneycorp will not be liable to you:
(a) for unsuccessful attempts to open a Moneycorp Account or enter into any transactions during the Promotional Period for any reason;
(b) for circumstances which prevent Moneycorp from fulfilling a transaction during the Promotional Period; and
(c) for any delay in applying the Reward to your Moneycorp Account; or
(d) in the event that the law or any regulatory guidance prevents Moneycorp from continuing this promotion.

5. Your Moneycorp Account, and all foreign exchange transactions, are subject to Moneycorp’s standard terms and conditions, as amended from time to time.

6. This promotion is not open to Moneycorp or MoneySavingExpert.com Limited employees or any member of their immediate family, namely a spouse, child, sibling or parent.

7. Entries not complying with these terms and conditions will be invalid.

8. This promotion is not open to any individuals that open an international payments account for business use or any individuals that already have an existing international payments account.

9. There is no cash alternative available. Moneycorp reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, to substitute the Reward for something of similar or greater value.

11. Moneycorp reserves the right to withdraw this offer or amend these terms and conditions at any time.

12. This offer is not available in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.

13. These terms and conditions shall be construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

14. Each party agrees that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes or claims) arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions or their subject matter or formation.
