We are pleased to announce a new partnership with Cambrist Ltd, an award-winning financial services technology company, to improve the cross-border payment experiences for bank and fintech payment card issuers.

The partnership allows banks and fintechs to access everything needed to drive cross-border payment experiences for their customers across new and existing card programmes. The partnership will deliver feature-rich multi-currency wallets and international payments, including spot currency rates, real-time FX trades, non-domestic ledger balance management, reconciliation, reporting and card scheme settlement without significant technical or operational changes. This single connection simplifies the back office and treasury management of cross-border card payments to enable card issuers to focus on delivering innovative propositions to their customers.

Koen Vanpraet, EMEA CEO of Moneycorp, said:

“We are delighted to announce our partnership with Cambrist, and to support card payment providers with greater access to cross-border banking services. This partnership combines our expertise in FX liquidity and international remittance with Cambrist’s expertise in cross-border card payments and financial operations. We’re excited to support more Fintechs through this partnership.”

Jacob Claflin, Cambrist’s Founder & CEO said:

“We are excited to work with Moneycorp on this strategic initiative. This is an exciting moment that bridges the gap between traditional card accounts and more embedded cross-border payment services.  Our partnership with Moneycorp will enable banks and fintechs to offer multi-currency wallets with one single API integration, thereby becoming a powerful tool for customer acquisition and engagement.”
