The directors

Bassam Shlewet - Chairman
Since his appointment in 1979, Bassam has led the development of the Company to its current position as one of the leaders in the foreign exchange market. His responsibilities include implementation of the Board's strategy and new business development.

Bassam has always had a vision of TTT Moneycorp being the most highly regarded provider of a broad range of foreign exchange services with a business emphasis on delivering complete customer satisfaction. He ensures that nothing will detract from the Company's reputation and image, which are of paramount importance to him.

Keith Hatton - Chief Executive
Keith joined the Company in November 2002 as Commercial Director and was appointed to the board as Chief Executive, in May 2007. Keith brings a wide range of banking and management experience, initially gained during 19 years with NatWest. Subsequently he was Export Director at Bottomline Technologies Limited and CEO of its Boston based subsidiary. Latterly he became European Managing Director of Derivion Corporation, a subsidiary of Metavante Corp., a major US banking services outsourcing company. Prior to his current position within TTT, Keith was responsible for Group Business Development as well as major projects.

Malcolm Weinberg - Finance Director
Malcolm joined TTT Moneycorp in December 2000. He was Director of Finance at an international property group and prior to that worked for General Accident (now AVIVA PLC) for many years as Finance and Systems Director of their estate agency business. Malcolm was previously European Financial Controller at Ladbroke Hotels (now Hilton Group PLC).

Malcolm, who is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, provides management and advice across the full range of company activities and maintains overall responsibility for finance, personnel, legal matters and management information.

Noel Medici - Chief Operating Officer
Noel joined the Company in April 2007 and was appointed to the Board as Chief Operating Officer in August 2007. He brings an extensive amount of operational and business management experience, having worked for a range of financial services businesses over the last twenty years, after qualifying as a Chartered Accountant. After spending ten years with NatWest, including four years working in Paris, Noel’s more recent roles include Deputy Chief Executive of Old Mutual (now Arbuthnot) Securities and Chief Operating Officer of IAF Securities. Noel has assumed responsibility for all aspects of the Group’s operational delivery, to ensure that it meets the demanding targets that have been set for the future.

Ian McGillivray - Non-Executive Director
Ian joined the Board as a Non-Executive Director in December 2006. Ian is a Principal in the Equity Finance business of The Royal Bank of Scotland and has extensive experience in investing in private businesses, both at RBS and previously as a Director of the Sellotape Company. Ian has a MA (Hons) in Natural Sciences from Cambridge University.

John Kent - Non-Executive Director
John joined the Board as a non-executive director in January 2005. He has had several senior roles in the corporate sector; his last post was Director, Group Strategy for Old Mutual plc and before that, Head of Corporate Finance for the Energy Group plc.  John has a BSc (Hons) in Mechanical Engineering and an M.A. in Classics at Bristol University.

Paul Lever - Non-Executive Director
Paul was appointed as an advisor to the Board with effect from January 2005 and then became a non-executive director from February 2006. Paul has had extensive experience as a PLC chief executive and chairman. Previously, he chaired two public authorities, the National Criminal Intelligence Service and the National Crime Squad and currently holds a number of directorships and chairmanships in the private sector. Paul has a degree in Mathematics and a Masters in Business Administration from Harvard.
