Visa medical
Before you get your visa for your new life in Australia, you will need to ensure that you get your visa medical completed by a certified Panel Doctor – who will be registered with the DIAC (Department of Immigration and Citizenship) in Australia.
The medical will usually cost around £190 (for a permanent resident Visa) although be aware there can be other additional costs – for example, if you have a tattoo, an additional Hepatitis B&C test is required at £70.
There are many of these Panel-Registered medical centres across the country and we have listed a number of locations below, with their contact details and a link to their website.
Your local medical centre will have more information, should you need it.
