How can I refer clients to Moneycorp?
You can refer clients in any number of ways. Use our online form, call your account manager or simply email your account manager and we’ll do the rest.
Can I track where my clients’ payments are?
You can. We’ll provide you with access to our online partner portal, which will enable you to see where payments are in the process. You’ll also be able to review statements and download marketing collateral to assist you in communicating our foreign exchange and international money transfer services to your clients.
Do you provide marketing materials for me to communicate to my clients?
We can provide you with both print and online marketing materials to help you to communicate our services to your clients. You will be given access to our partner portal where you can co-brand and download a range of materials. For more bespoke or larger marketing campaigns, we will be happy to work with you to produce appropriate materials.
What revenue streams are available to me?
We offer a number of revenue streams from the different services that we provide. You can earn commissions and fees from referring both business and individual clients.
How are commissions paid?
Commissions are paid monthly directly to the bank account that you specify. We also provide statements and client payment tracking through our online partner portal
Will I receive statements?
Statements and client payment tracking will be available through our online partner portal. Your account manager will also be on hand to answer any other questions that you may have.
How can I be assured that my clients will receive a good service?

Does the travel money service provide my clients with value for money?
Our travel money service offers outstanding value for money. The home delivery service offers great exchange rates, no commission and even free delivery (on orders over £500). Our branch collection service offers the same benefits and a unique rate protection scheme, whereby your clients will receive the exchange rate on the day that they order, or the rate available on the day of collection, whichever is favourable to them.
What do I need to do to get started?
We’ll simply need to sign a referring partner agreement and then you’ll be able to receive commission payments on clients that do business with us. Simply call a member of our team on +44 (0)20 7589 3000 or request that we call you back at a time convenient to you.
What other benefits are available to my clients?
Clients will receive a client card which also entitles them to a host of travel related benefits and discounts. In addition, we can also introduce them to a range of other services to help them with their property purchase, should these services be of interest to them.
