At the time of opening an Account, we will establish whether you wish to undertake telephone or online transactions with us – or a mixture of both. We will also ascertain what, if any, hedging strategies might be appropriate to you.

Once your Account is open, you will also receive your personal welcome pack. This will include your client card which will entitle you to a range of travel-related benefits and special offers.
